Job Summary
A behavioral health company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Clinical Services Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Evaluating clinical appropriateness of treatment
- Serving as an immediate resource to assigned care management staff
- Distributing workload and assumes responsibility for scheduling and daily clinical oversight
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Master’s Degree required in a mental health related field
- Valid and unrestricted New Jersey license
- 5 years of experience working in a healthcare environment with a high level of customer service
- Critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
