Job Summary
A biopharmaceutical organization is seeking a Telecommuting Clinical Team Leader.
Must be able to:
- Identify project resourcing demands
- Participate and direct activities related to department staff operations
- Manage team member clinical/site management study deliverables
Qualifications for this position include:
- Moderate travel may be required, 25% to 50% on a regular basis
- BA/BS degree in the science/health care field or nursing degree, or equivalent
- Extensive understanding of SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), FDA, and local regulations
- Moderate independent field monitoring experience
- Minimal lead monitoring or comparable supervisory experience
