Job Summary

A cloud computing company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Cloud and Professional Services Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working alongside other Cloud Services Engineers to drive positive customer experiences and satisfaction results
  • Supporting sales teams on the technical design of new projects or infrastructure upgrades
  • Overseeing Infrastructure deployments for new projects within existing customers

Position Requirements Include:

  • Possibly travel for up to 20% of the time
  • Demonstrated previous experience as a Senior Support Engineer in a Cloud Services or large customer environment
  • Subject Matter Expert deployment, management and certifications
  • Passion for technology within the Cloud Services industry and for assisting customers
