Job Summary
A fast and elastic data processing engine is in need of a Telecommuting Cloud Computing Sales Engineer in New York City.
Must be able to:
- Understand markets, competition and customer/user requirements
- Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and help define product vision
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demos
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel to customers, conferences, and related events as required
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience serving in the capacity of a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience presenting and delivering technical pitches
