Job Summary
A consulting and services company has an open position for a Telecommuting CMDB Architect in Hartford.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring that all assets in service are accurately identified and interrogated to the depth required
- Providing Configuration Item dependencies and relationships to the Change Management process
- Completing day to day run activities for the Configuration Management Team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with ITSM tool
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to lead, assess, and review enterprise IT requirements and solutions that align to business needs
- Ability to communicate with both Business and IT stakeholders
- Ability to take on projects with minimal supervision and work under minimal supervision of IT Managers
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to both Business and IT stakeholders
