Job Summary
An IT service company is seeking a Telecommuting COBOL Database Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing database design and integration of systems, providing backup recovery and makes recommendations
- Maintaining security and integrity controls
- Implementing and maintaining smooth operation and physical design of databases
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Candidate shall be required to attend / support meetings, telecons, demonstrations, etc
- CDMR/DMR/S2K Experience
- Financial Accounting Experience
- Active Security Clearance / Ability to obtain clearance in reasonable timeframe
- Army project experience
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suit
