Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Telecommuting Colleague Technical Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Provide proactive assistance when customers are planning changes and upgrades to their software infrastructure
- Review and discuss the resolution summary on closed support cases
- Provide prompt and direct communication about any product critical issues that arises which impact the customer's environment
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or the equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of technical experience working in a customer service facing role within an Ellucian ERP software environment
- Strong customer service orientation and experience with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience building long term relationships with strategic customers
- Experience in providing consultation for highly technical enterprise software
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
