Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Telecommuting Colleague Technical Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide proactive assistance when customers are planning changes and upgrades to their software infrastructure
  • Review and discuss the resolution summary on closed support cases
  • Provide prompt and direct communication about any product critical issues that arises which impact the customer's environment

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or the equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical experience working in a customer service facing role within an Ellucian ERP software environment
  • Strong customer service orientation and experience with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience building long term relationships with strategic customers
  • Experience in providing consultation for highly technical enterprise software
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
