Job Summary
Retail company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Command Desk Real Time Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Manage service levels and ensure adherence to schedules
- Answer calls from associates for attendance and time off concerns
- Post, process and report attendance, overtime and Voluntary Time-Off throughout the day using designated tools
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to work any shift Monday through Sunday 4:30 AM to 9:30 PM PST
- Customer service attitude
- Ability to take direction, focused, and dynamic feedback
- Demonstrates ability to work well within a team
- Ability to be trained in a remote environment with hands-on exercises
- Ownership of multiple tasks throughout the shift and ability to change directions multiple times in the same day
