Job Summary

Retail company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Command Desk Real Time Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Manage service levels and ensure adherence to schedules
  • Answer calls from associates for attendance and time off concerns
  • Post, process and report attendance, overtime and Voluntary Time-Off throughout the day using designated tools

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to work any shift Monday through Sunday 4:30 AM to 9:30 PM PST
  • Customer service attitude
  • Ability to take direction, focused, and dynamic feedback
  • Demonstrates ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to be trained in a remote environment with hands-on exercises
  • Ownership of multiple tasks throughout the shift and ability to change directions multiple times in the same day
