Job Summary

A marketing company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Commercial Lawyer in New York City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Understanding the appropriate use of standard forms and templates
  • Reviewing, commenting and negotiating contractual terms and conditions in NDAs for property acquisitions
  • Leading negotiations NDAs with quick turnaround times

Required Skills:

  • Must be comfortable in a fast paced, highly varied working environment handling a broad range of legal issues
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience reviewing, commenting and negotiating NDAs or you will not be considered
  • Experience with quick turnaround times
  • Clear understanding of the implications of legal decisions on the Company's business objectives
  • Bachelor's degree and law degree, licensed and in good standing in one state
