Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Telecommuting Commercial Lines Senior Underwriter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Driving new business sales growth for Commercial Lines
• Selecting profitable risks by identifying and analyzing risk exposures against coverage desired
• Managing and underwriting book of business to maintain profitable results

Qualifications Include:

• Travel as necessary, up to 25% for agency visitations, agency meetings, seminars, etc
• Must possess excellent communication, time management, decision making, and PC skills
• At least three years commercial multiple lines underwriting experience
• Ability to complete multiple tasks within set deadlines
• Outstanding negotiation skills
