A technology company with a focus on real estate needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Commercial Real Estate Senior 3D Engineer in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with large geospatial datasets to produce real-time results for a web-based service
- Interacting closely with content experts to develop nuanced algorithms for the visualization of 3D urban landscapes
- Collaborating with a distributed team of designers and engineers using tools and infrastructure like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI, etc
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experienced at evaluating and manipulating 2D and 3D data in the form of meshes and discrete geometric features
- Expert at server- and client-side JavaScript, SQL, three.js, CSG, and other geometric libraries
- Have previous experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs and understand their practical purpose
