A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Commercial Recruiter in Palo Alto.
Must be able to:
- Design and execute hiring strategies
- Source talent through deep internet research
- Manage the candidate experience
Position Requirements Include:
- Work from home Thursdays
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high growth environments
- Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, including working with local and remote hiring managers, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles, and updating pipeline progress
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- 3+ years of relevant recruiting or sourcing experience
