Job Summary

A non-profit provider of support and funding to reproductive justice movements and organizations needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Communications Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Strengthen and amplify company's brand identity and voice
  • Support and contribute to the editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of electronic and print communications
  • Copyedit key documents before external distribution

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic media relations
  • Support on-site communications activities at majorl events
  • Experience working in social justice movements
  • Visionary and strategic approach to communications to shift dominant narratives
  • Comfortable and experienced in working with people of color and LGBT people
  • At least three to five years of experience in increasingly responsible, writing-intensive strategic marketing and communications roles
