Job Summary

A company that provides property management software is filling a position for a Telecommuting Compliance Specialist II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering questions from the site staff regarding affordable housing program requirements
  • Communicating in written form regarding the deficiencies found in the resident files
  • Reviewing resident files for properties with multiple affordable program types

Position Requirements Include:

  • May be required to travel to perform site audits, file repairs or initial certifications
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in compliance or affordable property management
  • Must have a working knowledge of the requirements of the LIHTC and HUD programs
  • Must be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency and be results driven
