Job Summary

A staffing company has an open position for a Telecommuting Concierge Ambassador in Phoenix.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely resolution for assigned issues
  • Providing phone and remote troubleshooting support
  • Responding to and working on requests for service and incidents utilizing the company ticketing system

Qualifications Include:

  • A+, Network+, or MCP certification
  • Desktop administration experience
  • Experience with cloud based application suites such as Microsoft Office 365 or AWS in a PC or Mac environment
  • Knowledge of concepts and best practices related to call center methodologies
  • Strong understanding of Office 365 migration options per workload
  • Understanding of Office 365 capabilities
