A real estate services company has an open position for a Telecommuting Corporate Recruiter in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Encouraging candidates with diverse skill sets and perspectives to join company team
- Clarifying job specifications and staffing needs to fill current and future openings
- Handling all stages of recruiting including but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, counselling, negotiating, and offering
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to screen and interview candidates
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in recruiting
- Ability to establish relationships with all levels of the organization
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to stay abreast of the latest applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
