Job Summary

A provider of enterprise software and solutions has an open position for a Telecommuting Costpoint Customer Care Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing Customer Care for customer inquiries received
  • Assessing nature of customer problems and resolving most Customer Care issues
  • Escalating customer to appropriate tier level analyst

Qualifications Include:

  • 18 months to 5 years of customer care experience
  • 0-20 years of industry experience
  • Bachelor Degree-Accounting or Technical or Equivalent experience
  • Analytical and technical thinking in order to resolve majority of tier 1 customer inquiries
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Primarily communicates with clients, peers and management
