Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Crop Claims Care Center Representative in the Western Region.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Triaging first notice of loss claims that have been transmitted through the RCIS claims system
- Developing and maintaining a strong working knowledge of regulatory and RCIS policies and claims best practices and procedures
- Contacting insureds, primarily by phone, to gather and document crop loss information and route claims cases accordingly
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in a customer service area
- Agriculture or crop experience preferred
- Successful completion of basic insurance course work preferred
