A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommuting Customer Care Associate 6 in Farmington Hills.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Actively listening and probing callers in a professionally and timely manner to determine purpose of the calls
  • Researching and articulately communicating information
  • Resolving customer administrative concerns as the first line of contact

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be flexible in scheduling and comfortable with change as customer service is an ever-changing environment
  • Must agree to observing service for the purpose of training and quality control
