Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommuting Customer Experience Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Delivering operational, process, quality or content creation on customer experience consulting projects
- Managing relationships with client stakeholders, seeking to build strong client promoters
- Providing project management and execution for all current core infrastructure projects at a client site
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to be on-site with clients
- Bachelor’s, MBA, or MS in business, technical or professional discipline OR equivalent work experience in consulting
- 5+ years in delivering on CS / CX operational, contact center, support or consulting projects
- 3+ years as a consultant with broad exposure in a variety of circumstances
- Hands on experience in a number of business disciplines such as consulting services, business operations, etc
- Strong customer relationship management experience across a variety of different industries
