A consulting agency has a current position open for a Telecommuting Customer Experience Strategist.

  • Defining strategies and digital transformation programs to drive business growth
  • Facilitating meetings and demonstrating brainstorming skills around resolving client needs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Obtain and maintain Salesforce Certifications as required by role upon hire
  • Ability to perform Salesforce.com administration/configuration/data migration/integration duties as directed
  • Ability to oversee a project team of consultants on Align projects, ensuring standards and quality are adhered
  • Must ensure a comprehensive, holistic strategic direction
