A consulting agency has a current position open for a Telecommuting Customer Experience Strategist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Defining strategies and digital transformation programs to drive business growth
- Facilitating meetings and demonstrating brainstorming skills around resolving client needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Obtain and maintain Salesforce Certifications as required by role upon hire
- Ability to perform Salesforce.com administration/configuration/data migration/integration duties as directed
- Ability to oversee a project team of consultants on Align projects, ensuring standards and quality are adhered
