Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Telecommuting Customer Operations Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Contributing to process development
  • Working with customers to resolve a wide range of issues
  • Communicating with our core engineering team to provide real-time product feedback from the field
