Daily duties include client calls to help your clients grow their business, providing clients with training and doing a short risk analysis for client retention. As the account representative for our clients, building strong relationships is the key to success. You must be comfortable managing projects remotely and servicing your clients, providing them with support on customer service processes and systems. This position involves managing several dozen clients by email and phone, interacting with a project management software, assigning tasks to other departments in the company, screen sharing with the client, collaborating with colleagues in Google Drive and daily and weekly team meetings. You need to be very comfortable with technology to be successful.
If you want to work 25-30 hours per week, Monday-Friday (during business hours) from your home office this is a part time position is for you!
