An outsourcing company has an open position for a Telecommuting Customer Service Agent.
Must be able to:
- Work in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs
- Provide superior customer service while navigating multiple systems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience
- Sales experience
- DSL or Broadband Required – WiFi, WiMax, Satellite, dial-up, and/or Hotspots are NOT allowed
- Desktop or Laptop
- A separate 19” Monitor with 1280×1024 minimum resolution
