Job Summary

An outsourcing company has an open position for a Telecommuting Customer Service Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs
  • Provide superior customer service while navigating multiple systems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Sales experience
  • DSL or Broadband Required  – WiFi, WiMax, Satellite, dial-up, and/or Hotspots are NOT allowed
  • Desktop or Laptop
  • A separate 19” Monitor with 1280×1024 minimum resolution
