Job Summary
An American healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Customer Service and Claims Representative in Onalaska.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring that the proper benefits are applied to each claim by using the appropriate processes
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs
- Reviewing and researching incoming healthcare claims from members and providers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Reside within a commutable distance to Onalaska with the ability to attend onsite training
- Must be able to attend occasional meetings onsite
- An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experience
- Demonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC applications
