A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommuting Customer Service Professional in Indianapolis.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing contact completion and/or alternate solutions for the caller
  • Adhering and meeting client program metric performance goals
  • Providing excellent quality customer service to resolve matters

Skills and Requirements Include:
