Job Summary
A human and animal health care call center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Recognizing medical/exposure cases, triaging and transferring to appropriate staff members
- Promptly answering and accurately managing inbound customer service cases
- Receiving and processing product refund requests
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service call center environment
- Customer service focused attitude and behavior
- Proficiency with keyboarding and data entry, navigating PCs, navigating the internet
- Excellent verbal and written communication
