Job Summary

A human and animal health care call center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Recognizing medical/exposure cases, triaging and transferring to appropriate staff members
  • Promptly answering and accurately managing inbound customer service cases
  • Receiving and processing product refund requests

Position Requirements Include:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service call center environment
  • Customer service focused attitude and behavior
  • Proficiency with keyboarding and data entry, navigating PCs, navigating the internet
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
