A customer service company is seeking a Telecommuting Customer Service Representative in Hanover.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer back to back calls and resolve issues
- Build a strong relationship with the customer
- Resolve the problem quickly and ensure situation does not escalate
