Job Summary
A staffing company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Customer Service Sales Associate in Lansing.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing and making recommendations to customers on additional products
- Handling all customer inquiries consistent with compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Responding to customer inquiries via telephone and properly documenting and follow-through on all conversations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Required to attend 2-3 weeks of on-site paid training in Lansing, MI
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- Strong PC, data entry, and word processing skills mandatory
- Knowledge of Microsoft office programs
- Strong English written communication skills including grammar and spelling
- Sales focused with the ability to suggest and communicate additional products
