Job Summary

A staffing company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Customer Service Sales Associate in Lansing.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Reviewing and making recommendations to customers on additional products
• Handling all customer inquiries consistent with compliance standards and regulatory requirements
• Responding to customer inquiries via telephone and properly documenting and follow-through on all conversations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Required to attend 2-3 weeks of on-site paid training in Lansing, MI
• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
• Strong PC, data entry, and word processing skills mandatory
• Knowledge of Microsoft office programs
• Strong English written communication skills including grammar and spelling
• Sales focused with the ability to suggest and communicate additional products
