Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Customer Service Specialist I in Chattanooga.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Meeting or exceeding individual performance goals
- Following documented processes/workflow while looking for ways to reduce customer effort
- Responding to external customers inquiries with timely and accurate information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to train on site before moving to the remote location
- Computer proficiency essential
- Strong customer service skills with the drive to meet/exceed customer needs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, structured environment, handling large call volumes
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality and consistently meeting goals
