Job Summary
An online media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Customer Service Specialist in Metro Area.
Must be able to:
- Provide all day-to-day interactions with our customers
- Deliver above-and-beyond customer service over email, social media channels, and live chat
- Support other areas of the business as needed
Qualifications for this position include:
- Based in our Manhattan office OR remote (must come into NYC for training)
- Able to learn many systems quickly and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, driven, and humble approach to communication and service
- 1-3 years in a customer experience related position; startup experience a plus
- Experience with Google Suite, Clickfunnels, Stripe, Slack, and Sumo preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
