Job Summary

An online media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Customer Service Specialist in Metro Area.

Must be able to:

  • Provide all day-to-day interactions with our customers
  • Deliver above-and-beyond customer service over email, social media channels, and live chat
  • Support other areas of the business as needed

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Based in our Manhattan office OR remote (must come into NYC for training)
  • Able to learn many systems quickly and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, driven, and humble approach to communication and service
  • 1-3 years in a customer experience related position; startup experience a plus
  • Experience with Google Suite, Clickfunnels, Stripe, Slack, and Sumo preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
