Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Customer Solutions Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing consulting and training services to technical and business personas
  • Presenting complex solutions concisely in 1:1 and large audience settings
  • Participating in weekly sales meetings to assess the status of all existing pipeline of leads

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel expectations up to 50%
  • 8+ years experience in customer-facing positions in a professional services firm
  • 2+ years in Apache Cassandra, Apache Solr, Apache Spark, Hadoop, MongoDB &/or other NoSql
  • US work authorization
  • Strong experience succeeding in many different Software Delivery Lifecycle methodologies
  • Experience with managed cloud environments: AWS, RackSpace, GCE, Azure, Openstack
