Job Summary
A full-stack monitoring platform needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Customer Success Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for users in need of assistance
- Contributing to documentation, how-to guides and training materials
- Relaying important product feedback and feature requests to our engineering teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- In-person training sessions
- Possesses significant experience providing technical support at a software vendor, SaaS or other IT service provider
- Hold a strong balance of operational skills while never shying away from the implementation details
