Job Summary

A computer software company is seeking a Telecommuting Customer Success Engineer in Menlo Park.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Being the first line of defense in managing customer support requests, and coordinating and prioritizing timely resolutions
  • Assisting customers in configuring and implementing policies, custom integrations and workflows
  • Ensuring customers are maximizing their return on investment

Qualifications Include:

  • Flexibility for travel, up to 40%
  • Existing knowledge of, and experience with public cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in pre-sales, support, technical consulting or similar roles
  • Strong consulting and project management skills
  • Proven track record of managing customer escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions
