Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Customer Success Executive in Los Angeles.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain product expertise across the company product line
  • Coach new Customer Success team members on company's own customer service program
  • Ensure our customers are getting the ROI out of the company platform

Required Skills:

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Bachelors of Arts OR Bachelor of Science degree
  • Experience at a technology company or relevant consultancy
  • Enthusiastic about technology with demonstrated technical aptitude
  • Knowledge of common Customer Experience solutions
  • Experience with company or similar platforms
