A media solutions company is seeking a Telecommuting Customer Success Head.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing a 3-4 person team
- Creating and implementing customer onboarding and proactive support protocols
- Measuring and maintaining key KPIs such as client retention and client satisfaction levels
