A software company has an open position for a Telecommuting Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling new client on boarding, setup and training
- Working with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators
- Owning overall relationship with assigned clients
Position Requirements Include:
- Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product
- Experience working with cloud solutions, ability to quickly learn new software
- Experience with Salesforce
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Familiarity working with clients of all sizes
