Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Telecommuting Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling new client on boarding, setup and training
  • Working with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators
  • Owning overall relationship with assigned clients

Position Requirements Include:

  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product
  • Experience working with cloud solutions, ability to quickly learn new software
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Familiarity working with clients of all sizes
