Job Summary

An IT and service company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Customer Success Manager in Atlanta.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting and owning practice development projects to mature both the CSM and wider TAM functions
  • Driving maximum integration of company into business processes and controls
  • Supporting TAMs and Sales teams on individual accounts

Qualifications Include:

  • Expected to travel 30% of the time on average
  • 5+ years in Customer Success or technical discipline required
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required
  • Consultative mindset combined with project based execution approach
  • Able to understand majority of large enterprise IT concepts
