Job Summary
An educational company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Customer Success Manager in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing, preparing, and nurturing customers for advocacy
- Establishing a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client
- Enabling success throughout the customer lifecycle and ensuring best practices
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience with Salesforce or other Force.com platforms
- Ability to organize, prioritize complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis
- Requires ability to withstand frequent and intense pressure as a result of demanding workload
- Proficient in Office software, 2+ years experience
