Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Telecommuting Customer Success Manager in Morrisville.
Must be able to:
- Track the health of assigned accounts and, where appropriate, implementing formal improvement plans
- Contribute to documentation efforts, both internally and publically facing
- Plan and execute of regular and appropriate strategically-focused Executive Business Reviews
Qualifications for this position include:
- Expected to travel 30% of the time on average
- 5+ years in Customer Success or technical discipline required
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required
- Technically astute
