Job Summary
A Finance and HR Transformation consultancy is in need of a Telecommuting Customer Success Manager in the Northeast Region.
Must be able to:
- Drive revenue pull through in all assigned accounts for all deals sold in the region
- Provide sales support/solutioning to existing customers
- Support the CVS change order process and CVS renewal process, while monitoring customer feedback and satisfaction
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 25% to 50%
- Workday experience
- Five or more years of experience in a customer services role
- Ability to engage at the C-Level
- Practitioner background in HR, Payroll, or Financials is ideal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
