Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Customer Success Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Create and implement guidelines for evaluating the program's strengths and areas of improvement
- Assign tasks to team members to ensure project objectives are completed
- Resolve problems with program as they arise
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel less than 25%
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Program Management Skills or Certification (PMP, PgMP, PMI)
- At minimum 5-7 years business and customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Familiar with a variety of HR/Payroll/HRIS field concepts, practices/procedures
