Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Customer Success Program Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Create and implement guidelines for evaluating the program's strengths and areas of improvement
  • Assign tasks to team members to ensure project objectives are completed
  • Resolve problems with program as they arise

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel less than 25%
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Program Management Skills or Certification (PMP, PgMP, PMI)
  • At minimum 5-7 years business and customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiar with a variety of HR/Payroll/HRIS field concepts, practices/procedures
