Job Summary

An educational technology company has an open position for a Telecommuting Customer Success Regional Vice President.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Managing a region on N. American Customer Success Team
  • Managing a team of 5 to 8 individual contributors
  • Developing and deploying programs focused on driving high customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of sales and/or account management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer renewals
  • Demonstrated track record in achieving bookings targets
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive successful sales and Customer Success team
  • Ability to work with customers directly to help overcome challenges and convert challenged customers into referencable customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver powerful presentations
