Job Summary
An educational technology company has an open position for a Telecommuting Customer Success Regional Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing a region on N. American Customer Success Team
- Managing a team of 5 to 8 individual contributors
- Developing and deploying programs focused on driving high customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of sales and/or account management experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer renewals
- Demonstrated track record in achieving bookings targets
- Proven leadership and ability to drive successful sales and Customer Success team
- Ability to work with customers directly to help overcome challenges and convert challenged customers into referencable customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver powerful presentations
