A company that helps automate sales processes has an open position for a Telecommuting Customer Success Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Expanding our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell
- Defining segmentation of customer base and varying strategies
- Creating a rapid onboarding process for new team members
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in leading customer-facing organizations
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- Strong grasp of technology (software & process)
