Job Summary

A company that helps automate sales processes has an open position for a Telecommuting Customer Success Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Expanding our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell
  • Defining segmentation of customer base and varying strategies
  • Creating a rapid onboarding process for new team members

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in leading customer-facing organizations
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Strong grasp of technology (software & process)
