Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Telecommuting Customer Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building a global support service from scratch
- Providing the best support service possible for our customers
- Interacting closely with the R&D team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Experience working with cybersecurity tools
- Experience providing feedback to R&D to make the product more supportable
- Good working knowledge of APIs and scripting
- Experience working with virtualization (VMware)
