Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Telecommuting Customer Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building a global support service from scratch
  • Providing the best support service possible for our customers
  • Interacting closely with the R&D team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
  • Experience working with cybersecurity tools
  • Experience providing feedback to R&D to make the product more supportable
  • Good working knowledge of APIs and scripting
  • Experience working with virtualization (VMware)
