Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Telecommuting Customer Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshooting, investigating, and creating detailed bug reports
  • Auditing and updating any support resources as the product changes
  • Helping customers through live chat, email and social media

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Yearly retreat with the team
  • Have the ability to pick up new technology quickly
  • Have previous experience delivering a superior support experience with respect, empathy and understanding
  • Have the technical understanding and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on your own
