Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Telecommuting Customer Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshooting, investigating, and creating detailed bug reports
- Auditing and updating any support resources as the product changes
- Helping customers through live chat, email and social media
