Job Summary

A digital customer acquisition company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting CX Design Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Work with Sales at various stages in the sales cycle
  • Conduct digital application experience analysis
  • Plan and facilitate experience design workshops

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel domestically 25-30%
  • 3+ years working in a customer experience strategy, design or consulting capacity
  • 5+ years working in banking, financial services, fintech solutions, or insurance verticals
  • Must have confidence leading client stakeholders from varying levels of an organization
  • Comfort and adeptness working across client departments
  • Experience applying design thinking methods and other user-centered design approaches
