Job Summary
A digital customer acquisition company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting CX Design Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Work with Sales at various stages in the sales cycle
- Conduct digital application experience analysis
- Plan and facilitate experience design workshops
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel domestically 25-30%
- 3+ years working in a customer experience strategy, design or consulting capacity
- 5+ years working in banking, financial services, fintech solutions, or insurance verticals
- Must have confidence leading client stakeholders from varying levels of an organization
- Comfort and adeptness working across client departments
- Experience applying design thinking methods and other user-centered design approaches
