Job Summary
A staffing company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Data Center Systems Analyst 1.
Must be able to:
- Take care of all the Client's Customer Service improvement Plan, Innovation, designing work of special projects
- Execute of BAu projects
- Oversee projects to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Limited travel to the client location
- Demonstrable experience of working under offshore and onsite business model
- Strong in delivery management, technical mentoring, strategizing and client servicing
- Good understanding or familiarity with the ITIL framework
- Solid delivery experience on Design and Implementation projects in one
- Program management or Project Management Tools for tracking projects
