Job Summary

A product sourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Data Scientist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Creating and improving upon visualizations of processes and algorithms
• Creating and improving upon automated tools for measuring the accuracy and precision of our derived data algorithms
• Building and improving our predictive algorithms for various pieces of user-facing derived data

Qualifications Include:

• Masters or PhD in math, statistics, computer science, physics, or a related field
• Mastery of statistics fundamentals
• Competence in R and/or Python based libraries
• Experience writing scripts and microsservices that have the ability to ingest, process and analyze hundreds of millions to billions of data points
• Know how to visualize data and discuss the implications
