Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Optimizing existing forecasting algorithms
• Researching, integrating, testing, and deploying new data streams into our forecasting models
• Exploring the application of machine learning to drive better staffing decisions in hospitals

Position Requirements Include:

• 5+ years of related full-time experience
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent experience
• Experience developing forecasting algorithms
• Strong modern algorithm fundamentals: pattern recognition, machine learning, probabilistic modelling, etc.
